How to buy a token on vibe/vibe

The steps

1. Connect a wallet on the right network.
2. Open a token page.
3. Choose Buy or Sell.
4. Enter an amount.
5. Review the quote, the route and the price impact.
6. Approve in your wallet.
7. Wait for the result before you make another trade.

Check the network

Check that your wallet is on the right network before you sign in. On vibe/vibe, the top right of the page offers Switch to testnet when the wallet is on another network.

In our test, MetaMask's phone app could not select this testnet, while MetaMask's browser extension on a computer worked from link to accepted invitation. That was one test of each.

Look before you trade

Check the token's name, ticker, address, market information and links. Creators type in the names, symbols, images and project links themselves, and nobody has verified them. A token page or a rank is not an endorsement.

If something stalls

If a quote expires or a transaction stays pending, refresh the token page and look at your wallet before you try again.
